The BVA is delighted to announce that it has joined forces with the Royal Veterinary College (RVC), London, to offer discounted CPD to our members.
The following discounts are available
- all BVA members can benefit from a 50% discount off RVC/ BVA one day Refresher Days
- recent graduate members, up to eight years qualified, can benefit from 50% off RVC’s Interactive Online Lectures
Refresher Days
Aimed primarily at people returning from a career break, part-time workers, or those changing practice type, the courses are designed to refresh participants' knowledge and understanding of core principles in each discipline, as well as discuss any important recent advances.
The courses take place September - December and in 2010 will be held at the British Veterinary Association, London, W1G 9NQ
- BVA member price - £100 + VAT
- Non-member price - £200 + VAT

Interactive Online Lectures
The lectures not only allow the participant to hear the lecture and see slides, radiographs and videos, they also allow interaction between the participants and the lecturer.
The lecture discounts are only available to BVA graduate members, up to eight years qualified. There is a restriction of 5 discounted members per course.
In 2010 all lectures will run on Tuesday afternoons from 13.30 - 16.00.

- Non-member price - £55.00

Terms and conditions
- Discounts will only be given to BVA members who provide a valid membership number on registration
- The discount for the Interactive Online Lectures is only open to BVA graduate members, up to eight years qualified
- There is a restriction of 5 discounted members per course on the Interactive Online Lectures
- Interactive Online Lectures are subject to RVC's standard terms and conditions of booking
- Refresher Days are subject to BVA's standard terms and conditions of booking
