Memorandum and Articles of Association
The 2010 BVA AGM took place in the Marriott Hotel Glasgow on the 26th September. Amendments to the Articles of Association were presented to the AGM in order to change the representational structure of Council to allow participation by the whole membership, the amendments were approved and have been incorporated. The 2011 BVAAGM further updated the Articles of Association, which can be viewed below.
