Mediation and representation services
Whilst using the legal advice line could avoid potentially litigious and expensive situations.There are of course some cases which cannot be resolved over the telephone, are sufficiently complex to require the analysis of large quantities of documentation, or simply remain unresolved even when both parties have received independent legal advice.
In these cases the BVA’s new mediation service and/ or representation service may be the solution.
