Offer terms and conditions
In order to benefit from the CPD voucher, the following terms and conditions must be met
1. When joining on the CPD offer, the RVC provides the recruiting member and the recruited member with a £150 voucher off any RVC 2010 veterinary course, aside from those with pre-existing BVA discounts.
2. The recruiting member will need a valid up-to-date membership in order to obtain the £150 voucher.
3. The new member will need to insert or state the recruiting member’s membership number at the point of joining; it cannot be added at a later date.
4. The new member will only receive the voucher once they have paid (or started their membership payments).
5. There can only be one voucher per new member, however, once new members sign up they can earn additional vouchers by recruiting other new members.
6. There is no limit on the number of vouchers per existing member.
7. A maximum of 3 vouchers can be used against any one course.
8. The vouchers can only be used by the individuals named on them.
9. The new member cannot have held individual BVA membership during the last 12 months.
10. No refunds will be offered against cancelled memberships following the receipt of the voucher.
11. The recruiting member cannot be a student or associate member.
12. The new member cannot be a student or associate member.
13. Any new member (excluding student and associate members) joining in the campaign period is eligible for the voucher, they do not need to be recruited.
14. The new member cannot join as an organisational member on an existing organisational membership.
15. A new organisation can join under this scheme and receive one voucher per joining veterinary surgeon member, unless they held organisational membership in 2009 which they didn’t renew. There can only be one recruiting member per joining organisation.
16. The voucher can only be used against RVC CPD courses for vets in the 2010 calendar year.
17. The voucher cannot be used against courses other than the 2010 RVC CPD Courses for Vets (it therefore excludes the courses for nurses, farriers, external CPD and lectures for horse owners).
18. The voucher is not exchangeable for cash or any alternative.
19. The voucher cannot be used against any RVC courses with existing BVA discounts, which in 2010 will be the Interactive Online Lectures and Refresher Day courses.
20. The campaign period is 1st February to 19th March – no registrations received after the 19th March will be eligible for the RVC voucher.
21. All bookings are subject RVC's standard terms and conditions of booking.
22. By entering in to this offer, both the recruiting member and the recruited member agree for their details to be passed on to the RVC.
