Payment for the Congress must be received in advance to guarantee your place. On acceptance of your booking a confirmation letter will be sent to you. Badges, social event tickets and your delegate bag will be given to you on arrival. All prices include VAT and bookings will be confirmed with a VAT invoice. Party night discount only applies for students, recent graduates † (1 – 8 years qualified) and nurses attending the daytime sessions.

Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellations received in writing no later than 25 August 2008, the fee will be returned less 25% to cover administrative expenses. After that date, no refunds will be possible. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Programme information
The programme is correct at the time of going to press. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the programme may change and the BVA reserves the right to cancel the event or alter the venue and/or speakers.

Where circumstances force the BVA to cancel Congress, the liability of the BVA shall be limited to a refund of any fees paid for Congress. The BVA is not liable for any consequential loss.
