Payment for the Congress must be received in advance to guarantee your place. On acceptance of your booking, a confirmation letter will be sent to you. Badges, social event tickets and your delegate bag will be given to you on arrival.

All prices include VAT and bookings will be confirmed with a VAT invoice. **Graduation date must be 2001 - 2009.

In the event of cancellations received in writing no later than 27 August 2009, the fee will be returned less 25% to cover administrative expenses. After that date, no refunds will be possible. Substitutions may be made at any time.

The programme is correct at the time of going to press. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the programme may change and the BVA reserves the right to cancel the event or alter the venue and/or speakers.

Where circumstances force the BVA to cancel the Congress, the liability of the BVA shall be limited to a refund of any fees paid for the Congress. The BVA is not liable for any consequential loss.
