Visiting the BVA - Information for people with disabilities
BVA is committed to compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 and has carried out a DDA Site Survey upon which its Access Audit is being based.
Due to the nature of our Grade II Listed Georgian building, set on 5 floors, we are unable to make many modifications to our access which is restricted. Consequently our policy is to manage each requirement for assistance as and when it arises.
We have a set of portable ramps for use on our front entrance steps for those with restricted mobility which take only a few minutes to fit and should be requested in advance, if possible. In order to do this, or if you have any disability or access enquiry and may require assistance when visiting us, please contact our reception on 020 7636 6541. Reception will put you in touch with the relevant person here who will liaise with you as necessary and make provisions to assist you during your planned visit.
