BVA Prescriptions

A standard prescription form is now available for downloading in Adobe PDF and MS Word format.  This service is available to BVA Members only.

Also available for purchase are optional books of authentications stickers which can be attached to any prescription form to lessen the change of fraudulent use and to provide and effective audit trail.

These stickers are available in packs of 30, and are £30 for non-members and only £15 for BVA Members.
