Marketing Manager (4 days per week)

We are looking for an outstanding Marketing Manager to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months on a 4 day per week basis, working within BVA’s Commercial Team on an exciting range of marketing projects.

As well as owning the delivery of BVA’s marketing plan you’ll be planning and promoting BVA’s CPD programme, developing new resources for BVA members and maximising our presence at exhibitions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-regarded brand. The starting salary for this role is approx. £39,248 pro rata for 4 days per week (£31,399) plus a generous benefits package.

Membership and Commercial Director

The veterinary profession is changing – and so are we. We’re now looking for a Membership & Commercial Director to lead and drive our continued growth. You will have overall responsibility for developing and implementing our membership strategy, ensuring we have a great value member benefits package so we can continue to attract and retain members. You will also lead our strategic business development, growing our existing business activities as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities and commercial partnerships. This is an exciting time to join us and an opportunity to make a real difference in a small but ambitious not-for-profit organisation.

You will have a strong track record as a leader and manager and be able to demonstrate that you have the necessary skills, experience and competencies to succeed in this role. In particular you will be able to demonstrate that you have delivered results in a membership and/or commercial role. You will also have a genuine interest and enthusiasm for BVA and what we do.

The salary for this role is £70k plus a performance-related bonus and generous benefits package.
