Time management is about self-management in the time available. Optimising the time that you have, putting it to the best use, getting out of life what is important to you, can have a dramatic impact on where you are going, your daily stress levels and even in creating more time for yourself and ultimately more freedom.
How we utilise our time determines how productive we are, how effectively we achieve our objectives and goals for the day and how relaxed or stressed we feel during the process.
This lecture covers tools to understand what is important to you both personally and professionally, to identify what truly needs to be focused on to feel fulfilled, effective and in control of your time. It will cover techniques on how to prioritse your time, delegate, set expectations and only say “yes” to the things you really need and want to do!
