Gastroduodenal ulceration is common in all types of horse and awareness of this syndrome is high amongst horse owners. The wide spectrum of clinical signs associated with this syndrome can result in presumptive diagnosis on the part of owners and create diagnostic challenges for practitioners. This presentation from Professor Josh Slater will review the pathogenesis of this syndrome and the evidence base for different presentations and clinical significance.
