Sample workforce agreement guide
A workforce agreement is an agreement between an employer and its employees, or workers, recording negotiated variations to certain statutory rights and entitlements associated with working time.
The Working Time Regulations 1998 enable employers to modify or exclude some of their provisions by negotiation with workers or their representatives.
Please note that the terms and suitability of a workforce agreement will vary for each place of work. The sample agreement is an example only and we recommend that employers seek legal advice when drafting and negotiating a workforce agreement.
