Principle and emerging themes

The key principles document records the broad principles underpinning the work of the working group, and will become the foundation for the emerging themes document in due course.

The group is working to gather information from key experts in order to formulate an evidence-based policy position. It will next meet in autumn 2023 to discuss the potential cross-cutting impacts of gene editing on human health and the environment.
