Eligibility

The prize draw is open to all individuals who sign up for a standard membership at the BVA stand during the BVA Live event between 8am Thursday 12 June and 5pm Friday 13 June 2025. Employees of BVA, its affiliates, or their family members are not eligible to enter. 

How to enter

To enter the prize draw, participants must sign up for standard membership at our stand during the BVA Live event. The standard membership is a £392 annual subscription, and open to those qualified and working 9+ years in a vet and other roles. Only one entry per person is permitted. 

Prize

The prize is one (1) free ticket to the London Vet Show 2025. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.  

Winner selection and notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries no later than Friday 20 June 2025. The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of sign-up. If the winner does not respond within five working days of being notified, BVA reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

Data protection

Personal data collected as part of the prize draw will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will be used for the purposes of administering the prize draw and membership sign-up. 

General

BVA reserves the right to amend or withdraw this prize draw at any time without notice. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
